Subscription Fees, Cancellation and Refund Policy

Onetime payment Fees

• Rosasidan.ws may deny the subscription if it is based on inaccurate or outdated credit card information.
• Payment via Coingate (crypto currency) are final and can't be refunded.
• Right of access granted under these Terms is effective only upon payment of the subscription fees.

Cancelling Account

• You can pause your profile from your account profile page.
• There is no need to cancel any upgrade since it will not automatically renew. Instead, if you want to keep your upgraded membership status you have to make another purchase. At the end of the membership plan you will recieve a mail informing you when there are 2 days left of the plan.

Refunds

• Membership can be canceled and remaining days can be converted to diamond credits.
• Purchase of diamond credits can be refunded if not used.
• Purchases made with creditcard may be refunded for various reasons such as due to technical issues or any other issue. Contact us to report an issue and ask for refund or if you have any concerns.
