Subscription Fees, Cancellation and Refund Policy

 Subscription and Onetime payment Fees

• Credit card holder's account is automatically charged on the same date as the original transaction date on each corresponding month or on final date of month if no corresponding date (January 31, 2022 subscription renews on February 28, 2022).

• Discounts, rebates or other special offers only valid for initial term; subscriptions renew at the then-current full subscription rates.
• Pink network may terminate the subscription and these terms if it is unable to renew the subscription based on inaccurate or outdated credit card information.
• Payment via Coingate (crypto currency) and Paysafecard are final and can't be refunded.
• Right of access granted under these Terms is effective only upon payment of the subscription fees.

Cancelling Account

• You can cancel your subscription from your account profile page.
• The valid method for canceling your Plan is via the cancellation link provided on your user "My Profile" page, accessible after logging in to the Rosasidan.ws Website. Requests to cancel by contacting us via Contact Us if you need assistance.
• Once you cancel your membership subscription, you will not lose access immediately.
• Your membership will continue through the end of your current charge cycle. For example: If your credit card is charged on the 10th of the month and you cancel on April 25th, you will not lose access until the May 10th.

Refunds

• Membership can be canceled and remaining days can be converted to diamond credits.
• Purchase of diamond credits can be refunded if not used.
• Purchases made with creditcard may be refunded for various reasons such as due to technical issues or any other issue. Contact us to report an issue and ask for refund or if you have any concerns.

PINK VOUCHER

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1)     These are the general terms and conditions for Pink Voucher (“Voucher”) only. 

2)     Separate terms and conditions are applicable for the very products and services purchased from us against payment with Pink Voucher.

3)     Pink Voucher is not a credit or reloadable Card or Voucher.

4)     Pink Voucher can be exchanged for products and services, online on our websites, as an alternative payment method.

5)     Pink Voucher is issued in fixed denominations of the following currencies and amounts:

EUR 10, EUR 25, EUR 50, EUR 100, EUR 200

SEK100, SEK250, SEK500, SEK1000 and SEK1500.

6)     The balance on the Voucher may be used for full or part payment when purchasing products and services on our website. 

7)     Pink Voucher can be used towards the purchase of goods at a higher price than its face value as you can combine up to three Pink Vouchers for a single payment transaction.

8)     Any unused balance will remain on your Pink Voucher and may be used for future purchases.

9)     Pink Voucher cannot be exchanged or redeemed in whole or part for cash.

10)  Pink Voucher has a twelve-month expiry date. This means that any balance left on each Pink Voucher 12 months after issuance, will be removed.  

11)  No VAT is charged when purchasing Pink Voucher, but purchases paid for using Pink Voucher are subject to applicable VAT.

12)  Pink Voucher can be purchased online from authorised online resellers as listed and indicated on our websites. These resellers are independent third-parties and purchasing Pink Voucher from such a third-party reseller is always subject to the respective reseller’s terms and conditions.

13)  Please be aware that resellers may apply a surcharge to the face-value of Pink Voucher. This surcharge is charged by the reseller, and not us, nor do we benefit from such surcharge. 

14)  Requests for refunds of unused Pink Voucher need to be addressed with the reseller that the Voucher has been purchased from and is solely subject to the resellers refund policy.  

15)  Keep Pink Voucher safe and treat it as cash. We will not accept any liability for lost, stolen or damaged Vouchers or for any remaining balance on the Vouchers.

16)  We may withdraw or cancel the Voucher and require an alternative form of payment if we suspect that the Voucher may have been stolen or fraudulently used. Further action may also be taken.

17)  We reserve the right to amend or supplement these terms and conditions or discontinue Pink Voucher at any time.

Redemption of Vouchers Online:

To use Pink Voucher in full or part payment for orders made Online:

●       When proceeding to checkout, select ‘’Pink Voucher”.

●       Enter the 20-digit Voucher number.

●       Select the ‘Confirm’ button to proceed with the payment.

●       If the value of the items purchased Online is less than the total value of the Voucher, you can re-enter the same Voucher details on another occasion to redeem the remaining balance on your Voucher, also in combination with additional (up to three) Pink Voucher.

●       If the value of the items purchased online is more than the total value of the Voucher you will need to pay the balance using additional Vouchers, simply by clicking on the “+” button which then opens another field to enter an additional Voucher PIN.
